Holy Spirit is not an instrument or tool but a person, the third person of trinity. Holy spirit is God. 

You can't use Holy Spirit, He is not a tool 

The scripture never use the word "it" for holy Spirit but "him" . He is the promise of the father that proceed from the father to be our advocate, helper and guide . 

In John 14:16-18 read what Jesus said 

" 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be[c] in you. 18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 

Did you notice Jesus referred to Holy Spirit as 'HIM'

He is not a tool or instrument you can use . 

Holy Spirit is not tongues , vibration or chants 

Anyone can be speaking in tongues or chanting and not have the Holy Spirit .

A man can be Anointed and not have HOLYSPIRIT 

Saul was anointed in 1 Samuel 10:1 

He didn't have the Holy Spirit come upon him until he met the company of prophets in verse 6

So a man can be ordained, and sit on altar for many years and not have the Holy Spirit in them.

Farmers have tool they use such as hoe, rake 

They have control over their tools but Holy spirit is not a tool so you can't use him or control him.

Holy spirit is the Master , the boss. He is the one to guide you and lead you. He was the one that led the children of Isreal in pillar of fire and pillar of cloud. Children of Isreal stop where He stop and go when He lead and wherever He lead them. Exodus 40:36-38

The prophets of old were moved by the Holy spirit

They prophesy by the Holy spirit not self will

2 Peter 1:19-21

Jesus Christ our Lord in his days on earth never depend on himself to do anything 

In John 5:30, Jesus said I can do nothing of myself , I speak as I hear .

Even Jesus Christ, will not preach until He was told what to preach by Holy Spirit. He is the beloved of the father that you can't compare Jesus with Moses or Elijah, He is greater than all the prophesy for He is God (Matthew 17:1-6). Yet on earth, Jesus never depend on himself or do anything of himself but what Holy spirit lead him to do.

Today, 

The programs you do in your church , who gave you the program? Is it not your own idea?

The sermon you preach, is it not from Google? Ai?

The person you want to marry, who lead you into that relationship? 

Who is leading you? 

Are you not just following your heart?

Let the Holy Spirit lead you

If you don't have Holy Spirit 

Ask God to give you and receive by Faith.
