Church is not a property for your children to inherit. The next church leader doesn't have to be your child or someone loyal to you but the person God wants to lead .

The moment you make the church a family property , you destroy the future of that church . 

A leader is meant to raise disciples that will not make him or her INDESPENSABLE. I mean, church service can move on fine with or without you. 

Some leaders have given their son a high position and Ordination so that after them , the son will take over . That's the system of the world inside the church today.

John and James wanted to seat beside Jesus in his kingdom but Jesus told them it's not in his power to decide who will seat in what position(Matthew 20:20-28)

Today, a church leader will anoint small boy of age 10years as a Senior prophet , who did he senior ? Now that boy will grow up to be "The most supreme Superintendent senior prophet at age 30" and you want him to be humble ? No. The position and Ordination won't allow him.

The church is God's property , don't make it family property. Listen to God to know who will take over next , don't start arranging Ordination for your family member to take over , you will destroy the future of the church .
