Many are running ministry in competition with others in ministry. They want to outrun others , be more popular, More powerful and more prosperous than their colleagues in ministry.

Yesterday, I wrote about Ahimaaz who outran his colleague yet he have no message .

2 Samuel 18:23

He said, “Come what may, I want to run.” So Joab said, “Run!” Then Ahimaaz ran by way of the plain and outran the Cushite.

Ahimaaz was determined to run this ministry, even though he have no message, he just want to run. He was determined to outrun Cushite. He was prepared to outrun him and he did so but have no message.

You're not in ministry to do better than others or bigger than others but to do what God send you to do and do it faithfully. 

You don't need to do the loudest program or invite the trending pastor or someone with trending songs to make a mark that you're doing greater exploit than others. 

Don't be like Ahimaaz who outran his colleague but have no message. He sweat, make effort , yet he didn't have the message of the kingdom. 

There are people like Cushite too, you feel others are doing better than you. Infact, you feel depressed, someone that started ministry after you is now more popular, have more members and already trending online than you.

Don't compare your ministry with others doing better than you or the ones you are doing better than. Compare yourself with Jesus Christ and it will always humble you.

Many already run before you, they are ahead but they don't have the message you have been sent to deliver . Stay faithful and truthful
