Moses anoint Aaron as the first high priest and also anointed his sons as priest , he never collect or charge any money for Ordination. You can read Leviticus 8 to confirm.

Samuel Anoint Saul and David , none of them pay him for Ordination (Read book of 1 Samuel). No single record that Ordination fee was paid. 

Elijah Anoint Elisha as prophet, no ORDINATION FEE. (1 king 19:16-21). No one in the old testament paid for Ordination. It was free . 

Jesus ordain 12 Apostles without any charges . Mark 3 :13-15, None of them pay Ordination fee. No one in new testament paid for Ordination. Some were ordained Apostle, some Prophets , some Evangelist, some Pastors and Teacher yet no record of ORDINATION FEE. 

Today, many churches charge members to pay Ordination fee. It doesn't matter how small or how much it is, the practice isn't scriptural at all . No member should ever pay for Ordination.

One day , a man wanted to pay for Anointing Peter shun him and reject his money . 

Read Act 8, he rejected his money . Many are ready today to pay for Anointing, Ordination, we need men , real men of God that will shun the practice .

Now, you may ask , what about church logistics? What about Administration? What will they use to build our conference? Is it not all these Ordination money? How will they pay pastor? How will they build our church ? Or will they maintain church system ? Is it not all these Ordination money ?

There is a biblical way of doing God's work. Collecting Ordination fee is not one of it . Anytime there is a need in the church , people will be asked to give willingly according to what they decide to give .

2 Corinthians 9:7

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

No money was collected in early church by fee or under compulsion. No ORDINATION FEE was collected . It was always willing giving.
