The Coming King

🔰 Introduction

see Jesus not only as the Lamb who was slain but as the soon-coming King.

This teaching is more than a retelling of biblical events—it was a call to spiritual preparation, gospel outreach, and renewed reverence for the One who rides in humility and will return in glory.

📖 Bible Teaching & Prophetic Revelations

1. Jesus’s Entry into Jerusalem: A Humble King

(Matthew 21:1–11, Zechariah 9:9–End)
Jesus fulfilled prophecy when He entered Jerusalem on a donkey, a symbol of humility, not earthly power. This act contrasted worldly kingship with divine leadership. Rather than military strength, Jesus brought peace and salvation.

Lesson: The way Jesus presents Himself challenges our perception of power. We must learn to recognize His presence in gentleness, not just grandeur.

2. Jesus’s Birth: The True Path

Jesus stands apart from all other rulers—He was born a king, not made one by men. At His birth, wise men followed a star but eventually needed Scripture to find clarity.

Warning: Many today still “stargaze,” chasing signs and mystical experiences. But truth is found in the Word of God. God’s people must return to Scripture as the final authority and compass for life.

3. The Meaning Behind His Name & Mission

The name Jesus means “He saves.” He came not to be served or celebrated for fame, but to save humanity from sin.

True worship recognizes this mission. Praise must stem from awe and obedience, not convenience or personal gain. The Tribe of Judah, fulfilled prophecy, and Jesus’s perfect submission show us that worship is a lifestyle of surrender.

4. Jesus’s Return as King of Kings

(Revelation 19:11–16; Revelation 21:11–16)
While His first coming was marked by gentleness, His return will be marked by power and finality. Jesus will come riding a white horse, clothed in majesty, to judge and to reign.

Call to Action: Be watchful. Prepare your heart. Like the wise virgins, keep your lamp burning. His coming will not be delayed, and only the prepared will reign with Him.

5. Spreading the Gospel of Peace

(Romans 10:11–15)
The good news of Jesus is for all people, and it must be proclaimed boldly. Whether online or offline, we are called to be messengers of peace, reaching nations, languages, and tribes.

Encouragement: Let every believer be equipped with digital boldness—use social media and modern tools to shine the light of Christ. Be a vessel of truth, hope, and transformation in this generation.

✨ Final Reflection

The King has come and He is coming again. His first entry was marked by humility, but His return will be clothed in glory. Will you recognize Him? Will you be ready?

Now is the time to prepare. Now is the time to proclaim. Now is the time to live in full submission to His reign.
