No pastor in the world is the church founder .

No prophet is the church founder .

The founder of the church is not even 

Moses Orimolade neither Captain Abiodun Emmanuel the Co founder of the church .

 

Who is the Founder of the Church ? JESUS !

Our C & S hymn says it all

Fighting over who is the Founder of Church 

And who is the Co founder or whose picture should be on logo or banner and whose picture to be removed is still pointless.

 

When we make flyers and Anniversary envelopes, we put our names as "Church Founder" or "The Head of the church "  . That's not your position . You're not the Founder neither are you the Owner of the Church , the Founder and owner is Jesus Christ. 

 

Here is the Truth.

One day, Jesus ask His disciples , who do men say that I am ? Some respond and say John , Some said Jeremiah and some Elijah. Now Jesus ask them , who do you say I am ?

 

Peter respond that you THE CHRIST , THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD . Jesus told him flesh and blood didn't reveal this to you but my father in heaven . 

 

Now upon that Revelation of who Jesus is , The church will be built! Read 

Matthew 16:12-18

And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.

 

Jesus is the Owner of His church 

Jesus is the Builder of His Church 

Jesus is the Foundation of the church .

 

Paul , an apostle of Jesus Christ said 

"By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as a wise builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should build with care.  For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ."(1 Corinthians 3:10-11)

 

No one can lay any foundation other than one already laid , which is Jesus Christ.

No pastor, prophet or Apostle can pay another foundation. No need for new founders! No need for new foundation. 

 

Moses Orimolade didn't lay another foundation neither did Captain Abiodun

Nor any daddy G.O . None of the Baba Aladuras today, lay any foundation. The Foundation is Jesus Christ. The Founder is Jesus Christ.

 

When we celebrate our Church Centenary, we are not celebrating the Stewards , the servants , we are celebrating the founder , Jesus Christ.

 

Any Church anniversary that is about the praises of a man or woman doesn't give glory to God any more . All our praises and thanks must be to Jesus Christ . Not to our leaders. 

 

It's very common today to see people return all praises to God's servant than to their Master Jesus . We eulogise the servants of God than the God they serve. 

 

Today, the choristers will sing praises of our leaders in Anniversary, they will eulogise their names , their town , their parents name , This is no longer for God but for show and entertainment and sometimes men worship. 

 

There is a place for honouring our elders , leaders who had worked hard in the fold but it's not about singing their names or eulogizing them nor fighting for their picture to be on our cloths , girdle or programs . All these things happen because people don't know Jesus .

 

If there will be any song of praises for this our Anniversary and the centenary, it should be praises to God Almighty, to Jesus Christ .

Not praises to Moses Orimolade 

Not praises to Captain Abiodun Emmanuel 

Not praises to Adeola onaiwamimo

Not praises to FAKEYE

All praises must be to God .

 

Jesus is the head of the church , you are not the head of the church.

Colossians 1:18

And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy.

 

Jesus is the head , He is the most eminence.

Our Baba Aladuras are not the most eminence. They are not the head of the church.

Moses Orimolade is not the head of the church, The head of the church is Jesus Christ.

 

If we focus on Jesus Christ and not on His servants , there will be no division. We will keep dividing and argue more if our focus are on stewards and servants not on The Master Jesus Christ.
