When a church leader says, we are serving same God with other religion that we shouldn't call them unbelievers because they too are worshiping God in their own way, know such person had derail. 

This is called Syncretism in the church and refers to the mixing of Christian beliefs and practices with elements from other religions or belief systems. This can involve incorporating indigenous or traditional beliefs, rituals, or cultural practices into the Christian faith. These are men that use Tesbil, use traditional (cowreys) for prayer . They're so proud of it . What they're saying is that JESUS IS NOT THE ONLY WAY and you don't need to believe Jesus came to die for you before you get to God . 

These men are many in our churches today. They lead people astray. You have to be very careful not to follow any pastor , leader or prophet if they say things outside the Bible that Scripture didn't affirm and confirm.

Cornelius was a religious man (Act 10) He was fasting , he do have encounter with angels and hear from angels . He can see angels . Yet He's not born again . Peter had to preach Jesus to Him so that He will be saved with God family. Before this, He was always giving alms . Yet He need salvation.

John 14:6

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"

Jesus Himself says in scripture that I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE . No one come to the Father except through Me. If anyone is saying You don't have to believe Jesus died for you and rose again for you, just know that's the spirit of Antichrist.

Don't listen to such teaching . It is heresy .

It is the spirit of Antichrist. Such leader may not even know they were speaking got the devil. So be careful. Study your Bible and know God yourself . So you won't be deceived in this end time .
