Someone was saying Jesus died to take away every pain and SUFFERING. That you will never suffer again in your life .
I was just looking at her like this. 

Peter and Paul were imprisoned, also Silas and many of the disciples . They suffered , they were beaten and were killed .

Jesus didn't promise us that the world will love us and celebrate us , “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” 
John 16:33

In Act 3, Peter and John were so broke that they have no money to give a beggar yet they just collected offering in Act 2. The offering that was collected were distributed among disciples and believers because they were not after enriching themselves with members offering . They were ready to go hungry and suffer for the gospel of Jesus Christ.

In Act 14:22  The Apostles were strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith. “We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God,” they said.

Which gospel did you hear that says you won't suffer or ever be in pain again? That's not the gospel of Jesus Christ. 

The Gospel is Hidden in our Hymns
It's time our choir sing more of hymns in our service . It's just a pity, in some C & S church their choir don't really know Hymns .
