Many times , when sermon is going on ,they stop the sermon for Baba ALADURA to enter the church with songs like "Egbo RI yin soke enuona, koluwa ogo WOLE"  and after the triumphant entry, the sermon can continue.

Well, this is a wildly system of honour inside the church . Even if someone who had no title at all is preaching, Baba ALADURA can enter the church quietly or seat outside instead of distracting or stop the sermon to honour Him .

I was in a church yesterday at sagamu, preaching while an Elderly Baba (Most elder ) in that congregation entered. I was so surprised at His humility. He had to seat outside till the sermon ended and after the sermon , He came inside . This is the true definition of an Elder. 

An Elder is not someone with superior Titles like Supritendent , Most Supreme, His eminence or Most Reverend . An Elder is someone who gives honour to God's word and practice The word daily . An Elder have nothing to do with grey hair , An Elder in the kingdom of God is a person who is a practitioner of the word of God.  

Early this year, I was invited to minister in a conference and as I was preaching, one elder came , and I was informed to stop the message so they can usher in the elder with song. I was shocked. I had to openly let the church know that they ask me to stop the message so that an elderly person can come inside the church with songs to honour him .

Later before I leave I had to tell them that we must honour the word of God above any title , position or person . If we honour men above the word of God then we dishonour God.  

This is a message to all church leaders , conference leaders , pastors, prophets and Elders . Anytime the sermon is going on, don't let them stop the sermon for you to enter with honour and songs , you can enter quietly and seat behind to avoid distractions and later they will sing to usher you to your position.
