Marriage is God's idea not the idea of men

👉It's not about your culture 

👉It's not about your tradition 

It is God's institution for His people .

Read Genesis 1&2

God created one man to marry one woman

Anything aside from this is a sin. 

 

When you say God have nothing to do with marriage that's it's men choice 

You don't know what Christianity is all about.

I doubt your salvation! 

 

Before your village culture, choice or custom

God make marriage to be one husband and wife not one man and three women or more !

 

As a Christian, you are called to do the will of God not your will or choice .

When you say God have nothing to do with marriage , it's your choice , 

You don't talk like a Christian . You talk like the people of the world .

 

A Christian knows that it's not about 

👉Their own choice 

👉Their own will 

👉Their own want 

It's about the will of God 

Even MARRIAGE !

 

Many of you defend POLYGAMY because 

 

🛑Your parents practice POLYGAMY 

🛑You practice POLYGAMY 

🛑You plan to practice POLYGAMY one day.

 

You don't have to defend SIN!

Jesus said he who made them , made them male and female. One husband and one wife.

Not one husband and many wives!

 

Ask many of those who say POLYGAMY IS not a sin , ask them if POLYANDRY is a sin?

Meaning is it a sin for a woman to marry more than one husband at a time ? 

 

Listen to their answer. 

 

These are men who bring error , damnable error in the midst of brethren.

If our parents involve in POLYGAMY 

That doesn't mean you shouldnt be bold to call it a sin . It is a sin . 

 

We're not saying they're not born again

We're not saying they're going to hell

BUT POLYGAMY can easily lead you away from the way of God ! Read about Solomon.

Before I answer ,

You know answer this 

Where is it written in bible that SMOKING is a sin? Bring the chapter and verse ?

 

The right question to ask is that 

🛑What is the will of God concerning this issue?

🛑Did God ever direct any man to marry a second or more wives? 

🛑Did God ever direct a woman to marry married man?

 

Read your bible and you will find answers 

 

Stop defending your father's sin

Stop encouraging POLYGAMY 

Stop acting as if your own experience is the truth.

 

God's word is the truth and remain truth.

Don't mind those who say POLYGAMY IS not a sin, many of them don't even know Jesus nor what Jesus came to do on earth.

 

Don't mind them.

They need to REPENT as soon as possible.

 

Solomon married 700 wives and 300 concubines 

David married more wives 

Abraham father of faith married ....

 

Ask yourself , 

🛑Was it the will of God for them ?

🛑Was God happy with that their action? 

 

No one is condemning you to hell because you marry more than one wife but stop encouraging sin. Shut up!
