Your children learn love through your example.

They notice how you speak to your partner  that’s how they’ll learn to speak to theirs.
They see how you show affection  that’s how they’ll learn to express it.
They hear the words you use when you talk about your partner  that’s how they’ll learn what respect sounds like.

Every action, every tone, every glance  it all matters.
Because the way you love each other becomes their definition of love.
They are watching, learning, and one day, reflecting what they’ve seen. 💛

One day, a boy was asked in school what's the name of your daddy? He said 
"My daddy's name is "OLORIBURUKU" 

The principal was shocked and invited the parents and told them , before the finished discussion, the wife started calling her husband "Oloribuku NI e"
Meaning "UNFUNTUNATE MAN" 

Now , you see the boy learnt such language at home . The environment the boy is growing up is so abusive, how on earth do you think the boy can have a settled home ? Unless the intervention of God! 

Many scattered marriages today started from parents that turn their marriage into a warzone . No peace at home . No happy moments . It's always curses , fights , insults , and sadness . 

Let your marriage be "for example" to your children.
Let them learn love from your marriage 
Let them learn respect and honour 
Let them learn how to be kind to their partner .

Many times , I do advice singles to check the marriage of parents of their partner before they decide who to marry. 

Note: Though, it's not a law that if your partner's parents don't have a happy marriage ,that means your partner can't have a happy marriage with you no. But if you notice the traces of abuse and bad decisions and influences , be wise to run away!
