It's okay to borrow money but make sure you pay the debt you owe. 

When God bless you , first remember to pay your debt.

A widow was drowning in debt, and the creditor threatened to take her two sons as slaves. The prophet Elisha told her to gather empty jars, miraculously multiplied her single jar of oil, and instructed her to sell it, pay her debt, and live on the rest (1 King 4:1-7).

When she was blessed, she first pay her debt.

Anytime you are blessed , remember those you owe money and pay them.
