There was a time , one elder message me that they want to give me AWARD as APOSTLE OF THE YEAR
that I have been trying to correct so many things in C & S and they want to use it to honour me .

I had to tell him I don't collect award, I appreciate their honour . Collecting award of best Apostle or Best preacher of the year is not what I am to be part of it .

One of my sister typed this below👇

"When church begins to run like award shows, the focus shifts from service to competition. Ministry is not a contest of titles, it is a responsibility and calling. Let the message and the work speak louder than the trophies."

What we run now in churches is trophies of awards
Best Preacher of the year
Best Apostle of the year
Best Man of God of 2025 
Best SERAPH of the year 
And many more 

Some of these people you give awards , it's because of their money!
You gave award to Best Sponsorer of the year
Best tither of the year 
Best Baba ALADURA of the year 
Best singers of the year and so on 

Even if it's not about money, I know some of the award is not really about money yet it's a worldly system because it generates jealousy, competition and rivery among children of God . 

See what Paul wrote here to Corinthians church

1 Corinthians 4:1-5

1.Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.

2 Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.

4 For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.

5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

Paul said , He that judgeth me is the Lord 
Therefore judge nothing before the time ,until the LORD comes , who will bring to the light THE HIDDEN THINGS IN DARKNESS ...

Some of the Christians were saying Paul is the best Apostle , some said Apollo is the best Apostle 
They were trying to give them award
But Paul said No. He reject it . 

You can only judge what you see 
You give award to what you see 
But God judge beyond what you see 
God judge motives 
God judge heart

You don't know motive of men 
You don't know the heart of men 
You only see activities 
So giving awards to men for activities is not accurate.
