A pulpit is not a place for scores settlement. 

Preach with revelatory knowledge and empower the congregation.

If you feel offended by a member, meet them in private to settle it. Don't use the pulpit to talk to them indirectly. 

Forgive people before you preach so that you won't preach from a place of bitterness empowered by the Flesh.

Also, train your self to settle issue in private. It is childish to turn your social media to war zone where you pass message to someone indirectly.

If you need to pass message to a particular person, send it to them in private. Don't send it to where over 100 people will be thinking what's going on with you.

Not a place to talk about issues you have with others.
