Dear pastor, no matter how gifted and good you are to members, some of them will leave you, hold grudges or simply be ungrateful.

If you notice a member left, ask the member why.Encourage them if it's about issue of life or issue with other members . If they find fault with the church or your message , let them go in peace. 

PRAY for them and family member . Don't curse them . Don't wish bad things will happen to them because they left your church .
